Fresh Produce & Perishables: Orders for fresh produce and perishable items cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched due to their highly perishable nature.
Dry Goods (Grains, Pulses, etc.): You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Subscription Orders: You can pause, reschedule, or cancel a subscription by notifying us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
